About the farm house
The Farm House is one of the northeastern Ohio farms in the Burton, Middlefield and Parkman townships area of Geauga County.
A cozy 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with central air conditioning/heat, a porch swing, a DVD player with surround sound, and even an old-fashioned piano.
The Farm House and barn sit on 100 acres that include woodlands of maple, pine, and oak. Bring your binoculars to catch sight of the wildlife, beavers, woodchucks, cottontails, deer, wild turkeys and wild geese. There is a 3-acre lake with fishing available: bass, catfish, and blue gill. (Note: Fishing is “catch and release fishing from the bank”)
A short walk down the pasture and across the creek will bring you to miles of picturesque dirt roads ideal for jogging, walking, or riding your own horse.
