The Farm House is suitable for weekends, vacations, small retreats and business overnights. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, money orders, or checks.

Please carefully read the information below before you make your reservations. Visit the contact page to make your reservations by email or phone.
- A deposit of one night’s lodging rate (plus tax) will secure your reservation until 21 days prior to the arrival date. After that time, full payment is required.
- Cleaning & security deposit required. Any excess will be refunded.
- Remainder of balance payable 21 days prior to arrival.
- Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, money orders, or checks.
Cancellation Policy (Exception: Holidays & summer, no refund less than 60 days before reservation.)
- Cancellations 2 months or more prior to the first reservation date, will receive a full refund of deposit less a $150 administration fee.
- Cancellations made 1-2 months before the reservation dates, can receive a refund of 50% of the payment total after deducting the average nightly lodging rate; or can be reschedule as below.
- Cancellations made less than 1 month before the first reservation date, will receive no refund but can be used on an alternate date within 3 months from the first reservation date if space is available, with an administration fee of $150.00.
A FEW LIMITATIONS
- Weekends two night minimum i.e. Saturday plus either Friday or Sunday
- Three night minimum over holidays
- Children safety concerns
NOTE: Children should be aware of the dangers the country can present such as wells, lakes, etc. Or, they should be closely supervised by adults aware of the dangers the country could present.
- Strictly no pets
- No smoking inside
- Check in after 3:00 p.m.
- Check out by 12:00 noon
- No keys to pick up. We have combination locks to avoid the inconvenience of keys.
