Parties staying at The Farm House agree to accept responsibility for their own safety and reasonable care and cleaning of the house before departure. The cleaning & security deposit will be used for excessive cleaning or damage repair costs. Any balance will be refunded. If damage exceeds the deposit, the above party will be responsible for the balance due. Cleaning deposits guaranteed by charge card below may not be charged unless needed. Cleaning & Security Deposit: $250.00 Parties staying at The Farm House have free access to land, trails and lake and agree to accept responsibility for their own possessions and safety during their stay. Cancellations 2 months or more prior to the first reservation date, will receive a full refund of deposit less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made 1-2 months before the reservation dates, can receive a refund of 50% of the payment total after deducting the average nightly lodging rate; or can be reschedule as below. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the first reservation date, will receive no refund but can be used on an alternate date within 3 months from the first reservation date if space is available, with an administration fee of $150.00.
